When should I order my wedding dress?
All of our gowns are made to order which means that we do not begin creating your dress until you have placed your order with us. All creations takes us between
5-6 months. We recommend ordering your gown about 6 months prior your wedding date.
As for sample gowns, those can be shipped in 2-3 weeks.
My wedding is coming up in a few weeks, do you have rush order options?
We offer rush order options for brides that need their dress ASAP. Rush fees will apply. If you are in need of a rush order, please send us a message or contact us at izioriginals@gmail.com
What is the difference between sample gowns vs. custom gowns?
The difference is that our sample gowns are already premade and we use it for display /trying-on purposes in our studio. Each sample dress condition will vary. All sample gowns are restored and cleaned before shipping.
Our custom gowns will be the one that I make from scratch which can be ordered according to your exact set of measurements or to a standard size chart. This mean that the dress will be personally made for you from the beginning and the fit will be close to perfect.
Will I need alterations?
All bridal gowns typically need some alterations to be a perfect fit for your special day. We do not offer alterations services after you have received your dress nor are they included in the price of your dress. We offer basic custom sizing using our measurements form to help reduce your potential alteration costs. We suggest you contact a tailor to start the fitting process once you’ve received your dress.

♢♢♢ To be eligile for a refund ♢♢♢
• Only dresses ordered according to our standard size chart are eligible for a refund with a restocking fee of 35% which the buyer is responsible for.
• The request must be made by contacting us within 24 hour of your item being delivered to your shipping address. Returned items must be shipped within 24 hours of receiving Return Authorization.
• Items must arrive in the same condition it was when it was originally sent

A restocking fee of 35% is applied on all wedding dresses returned for a refund if ordered according to our standard size chart.

• All dresses ordered according to your own measurements are non-refundable.
• Sample dresses are non-refundable.
• Rush order fees are non-refundable.
• Shipping charges are never refundable, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Returns are NOT accepted on custom orders or items with design customizations.

For domestic orders within the United States, please allow 5- 6 days to arrive.

Currently gowns are only shipped to addresses within the USA. If you are located outside the USA please email us to inquire about ordering.

If you are on a tight timeline and in need of placing rush orders, we charge additional $150 - $250 on top of original pricing.

Where is my dress made?
All of our dresses are made from start to finish in my studio in Las Vegas, Nevada.
How is my dress made?
All of our custom gowns are made to order which means that we do not begin creating your dress until you have placed your order with us.
Our goal is to create eco-friendly bridal wear without sacrificing style and function.
I will utilize your measurements and images you provide of the style of gown and source fabrics and utilize up-cycled gowns to create your dream gown.
Which dress size should I order ?
You have the option to place an order according to our size chart or with your own exact measurements.
We highly recommend having your measurements taken by a trusted tailor or seamstress, and always order the closest size up. Due to natural weight fluctuation among a few brides during wedding planning, we also recommend doing a second fitting with your tailor a few weeks prior to your wedding even if your gown fit perfectly upon delivery. Small variations in all wedding gowns are to be expected, custom tailoring is necessary for all quality garments to achieve the best possible fit.
